Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If an item you have purchased has not made it to your doorstep in 14 days of shipping, a refund will be given with proof of non-delivery. Customer must be able to show proof of non-delivery (i.e. tracking number screen shot, or picture of delivered item to wrong address).
In the event of non-delivery, you will be able to choose between a refund or a reshipment of your items.
